Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Synergy Cabinets ("Synergy Cabinets", "we", "us", "our") and you, the user of our cabinet plan-reading software and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets joinery and cabinet-making professionals upload cabinet drawings, automatically extract units, dimensions, materials and hardware using AI, edit the resulting parts list, and export factory-ready PDFs.

2. Account & accuracy

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes third-party intellectual property;
• send spam, malware, or otherwise interfere with the Service's security;
• probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service;
• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

4. AI output

AI-generated parts lists are provided as drafts only. You are responsible for reviewing every output before sending it to a workshop, supplier, or customer. We do not warrant that AI output is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purchase or build.

5. Intellectual property

Synergy Cabinets retains all right, title and interest in the Service, including the software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan. You retain ownership of the drawings and content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, renewal and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose) are disclaimed.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synergy Cabinets is established. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
