We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Synergy Cabinets subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Synergy Cabinets orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and search for your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.
After the 30 days
After 30 days, refunds are not generally offered for change of mind. If your subscription is not working as described, or your account has been charged in error, please contact us — we'll always work with you and Paddle to put it right.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; access to paid features ends at the close of the current billing period.
